Beta Finance is a permissionless money market protocol for lending, borrowing, and shorting crypto assets. It will be launched as the first project on the Alpha Finance Launchpad. As the launch date approaches, we have Allen Lee, the founder of Beta Finance to talk about the project mechanics and its long term vision at 51%. He walked our audience through the user experience of Beta Finance. Allen also pointed out the distinction of Beta Finance from some other short-selling tools and other single-vault lending products.
We also spent a bit of time on the value accrual of Beta token as well as the value created for the Alpha Finance ecosystem. Allen specifically talked about his experience going through the Alpha Launchpad program, and shared the tips for other devs to apply for the program.
